The widespan line consist of the following:
- Metal Forms Concepts Decoiler 36" x
52 OD
- Rowe straightening / leveler 36" wide
material
- Little electronic roll feed 36" wide
material
- 150 ton Heim straight side drop press with
42" x 102" bed complete with blanking die for two
rivet beams and two rivet channel beams able to blank all
standard sizes with punching for fore and aft braces.
Blanks, punches and shears in one hit. Fore and aft bracing
die that can blank all sizes. Tear drop post punching die
that blanks standard wide span post and heavy wide span post
complete with cut off die.
